This is a unique husband and wife team who bring to us a wonderful blend of God given gifts and abilities to faithfully serve others. Both have spent their lives in active ministry all over the world. Manuel is the son of the famous pioneer evangelist George McGregor of the Pentecostal gospel in South Africa. Joeline is the daughter of a well known pastor and accomplished pianist, Dr. Joe Bailey of that same country.

Rev. and Mrs. McGregor are accomplished musicians, vocalists, and prolific songwriters and have made their mark in gospel music in the United States. The McGregors have been blessed to see many of their recordings and compositions top the gospel charts in this country and many european countries as well. Many well-known American artists, singing groups and choirs have also recorded their music. The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir of New York recorded "We Are United" on their album "High and Lifted Up" which won Grammy and Dove awards.

Born and brought up in Johannesburg, South Africa, Manuel and Joeline were the first members of the McGregor family to arrive in the United States more than twenty years ago. They are honored to have become citizens of the United States in 1999. They have one daughter, Juliet (music industry student at MTSU); and two sons, Garner (pursuing a career in music), and Jordan (sophomore in high school).

The McGregors’ love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ, their compassion for the hurting and struggling, and their very special anointing of the Holy Spirit, makes them a loving yet powerful pastoral team.
